Study Break!

I’m taking a brief mental break to eat a small snack and blog about it! 

A bowl of banana, cantaloupe, and grapes.

As well as a giant carrot to munch on!

This snack comes in at 138 calories, 2 grams of protein, and 5 grams of fiber.  I just realized I haven’t worked out today.  Sunday is my off day but I need to sneak in a little walk… homework is driving me crazy!

    Oh that looks so yummy!!! I miss cantaloupe/melon and grapes so much, but I refuse to buy things which aren’t in season and aren’t grown locally… ah well, the time will come!

  2. This is what I call a healthy snack! Sure you felt full of energy afterwards.
