Early Morning Splurging

This morning’s breakfast wasn’t a splurge but it sure tasted like one!!  Oh, and I have recovered from that weird nap last night 🙂

Pumpkin-Banana Oats with Chocolate Chips.

Pumpkin, banana, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and flax

319 calories, 10 grams of protein, and 13 grams of fiber!!

Tasty!

    Gr, that makes me angry. I stopped in at a local store last night and they didn’t have organic pumpkin AND their almond butter machine was broken! (I like to grind it fresh, has a grand taste!)

    Yum! how do you measure out the chocolate chips? or is it just like a tablespoon?

    ajangel25- The serving size is 1 tbs or 15 g. I wasn’t in the mood for a whole tbs of chocolate chips so I just measured out 10 g on my food scale.
