Late Night Run and Warm Pumpkin

I ended up running around the neighborhood tonight, the temperature was perfect and it was quite relaxing.  I ran 3 miles in 26:56.  In addition to that, I wore a pedometer today and got a little over 5,000 steps.  It’s no where near my 12,000 step days in NYC but it wasn’t bad!  I ran some errands today so I guess that helped.

After running, I made a tiny snack.

Pumpkin with homemade soy yogurt and almonds- warmed up a tiny bit and finished with cinnamon.

123 calories, 7 grams of protein, and 6 grams of fiber!

I still have a lot of homework and studying to do, Good night everyone!
