Fresh Berries and Oats

Sorry for the lack of a dinner post last night, I had a brain fart and erased my memory card before uploading dinner photos.  I was seriously furious since last nights dinner was actually pretty!  It was corn-blueberry pancakes with an assortment of roasted vegetables.

Anyways, let’s move on to breakfast!

Oats, fresh blueberries and strawberries, almond milk, and flax!

Sooo delicious!  239 calories, 8 grams of protein, and 9 grams of fiber!

    I did the same thing on Saturday–I accidentally deleted my lunch photos. I was so disappointed! You made up for your missing dinner photos with your breakfast pics–gorgeous AND yummy!

    Your dinner sure SOUNDS delicious ;0) No worries though – I’ve erased photos before uploading them; but then DEFINITELY make sure not to do it the next time (and then it would happen again, haha).
