Changing Things Up

I pre-planned the next week of meals so for now on my meals are going to be a bit more diverse!  To change things up, I have fruit and yogurt for breakfast today.


Fresh mango, kiwi, and banana.

I dipped some of my fruit into 1/2 cup of homemade soy yogurt with stevia and milled flax seeds.

With coffee, Breakfast turned out to be 225 calories, 6 grams of protein, and 8 grams of fiber.

    Yum! I love fruit for breakfast, I always feel so energized. =)
    It’s a great idea to switch it up, I try my best but it’s tough to get out of ruts. Pre-planning helps though.

    Mm. The fruit looks so delicious! I`m tired of apples, bananas and oranges, which is the only fruit that our dining hall offers, and it probably doesn’t even come from America!

    FRUIT=my favorite breakfast ever. No question. It’s the most refreshing way to start my day. Fresh fruit and cottage cheese, and it surprisingly keeps me fuller, for longer than anything else I’ve tried! Happy Friday Girl!
