Cereal and an Awesome Run

Prior to running at the trail, I made a quick bowl of cereal!

Optimum Slim Cereal, almond milk, and blueberries.  Only 121 calories, 5 grams of protein, and 7 grams of fiber.  Light but perfect for my run!

After my snack, I went to the local trail to run with a friend!  Running with someone was really nice and since there is an overcast the temperature was perfect.  We ended up running 5 miles in a little less than 48 minutes!

  2. Great running time! I need to speed up while running, I’m so slow! Good thing you had someone to run with, it must be very motivating.
    I’m craving such a good breakfast like yours. The only thing I had was 2 rice crackers covered with chocolate because I need to go grocery shopping today!
