Mini Dessert Oatmeal

This isn’t a breakfast post, it’s dessert! I took my oatmeal recipe and cut it in half and then added some special toppings for dessert!  I was really craving cereal but wanted something warm- this totally hit the spot!  I savored it while watching Lost.

1/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup of soymilk+water,  1/2 of a small banana, 1/2 tbs chocolate chips, 1/2  tbs of better’n peanut butter.

179 calories, 7 grams of protein, and 3 grams of fiber.  Wow, it’s late!!
