Stir Fry

I ended up walking 2.25 miles in a little under 36 minutes.  After walking, I finally had my appetite back and decided to make Stir fry.

Brown rice, soy sauce, mushrooms, spices, carrots, snowpeas, edamame, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, carrots, and a leftover Chickpea Cutlet.  Served in my new bowl!

This delicious lunch comes in at 391 calories, 29 grams of protein, and 11 grams of fiber.
