Windy Run and a Tiny Snack

The sky is grey and the wind is blowing… rain is on the way!  I went for an adrenaline fueled run despite the looming weather.  I ran 3.0 miles in 25:51 and then did free weights on my upper arms.  I’m planning out meals for the next couple of days and then heading off to Earthfare.  I love shopping when it’s rainy!  I know it’s bad to shop on an empty stomach so I whipped up a light snack.

Spinach, Bell peppers, tofu, sea salt, and garlic powder- super quick and only 123 calories, 12 grams of protein, and 4 grams of fiber.
