Mixed Berry Oatmeal

I bought an amazing assortment of frozen berries from Trader Joe’s and knew they would be perfect for my morning oatmeal.  The mix has blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, raspberries, and even strawberries! As always, a cup of coffee, stevia, and soy creamer.

Totals up to be 248 calories, 10 grams of protein, and 8 grams of fiber.

    how much creamer do you usually put in your coffee? also, how long can frozen berries last in the freezer?

    I love adding blueberries, cherries, and/or strawberries to oatmeal – they turn the oats such a lovely hue! yum!

    I put 1 tbs of creamer in- it comes in at 15 calories but really lightens up the bite of coffee.

    I’m not quite sure how long the frozen berries last… I eat them too fast 😛
