Snack and Workout

For snack today, I had a mix of fiber one, blueberries, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 5 almonds. 

Comes to a total of 153 calories, 5 grams of protein, and 17 (!) grams of fiber.

For my workout today, I decided to keep it easy and do a Yoga class.  It was 60 minutes long and focused on your core.  I really need to work on my abs, so this was great.  It wasn’t hard, so I also did 30 minutes on the elliptical
