Brown Bag Lunch

It’s hard to mix up a brown bag lunch everyday, so I tend to repeat a lot with veggies and boca burgers.


For my main part of lunch, I had spinach with lemon and sea salt, zucchini, and a vegan boca burger.


On the side, I had half a cup of fresh blueberries.  They are buy one get one right now so I have been taking FULL advantage of them!  It was so hard to not eat them this winter, frozen just isn’t the same!


To round off the meal, I had a whole wheat bagel with 1 tbs of smart balance light buttery spread.


Lunch comes to 318 calories, 22 grams of protein, and 13 grams of fiber.

    mmmm that bagel looks so delicious! what brand is it??

    Andrea- It’s actually a Thomas 100% whole wheat mini bagel. They are really great tasting but have one downfall, HFCS shows up on the ingredients list! Despite that one bad ingredient, I still think these are a great addition to a lunch or even a snack.
