Banana Oatmeal and Coffee


I started my morning with coffee, stevia, and soy creamer.


For breakfast this morning, I decided to take a page out of Kath’s book (  my real inspiration to start up this site!) and make some oatmeal. 

  • .5 cup oats
  • .5 cup light plain silk soymilk
  • .5 cup water
  • 1 small banana
  • stevia and cinnamon

I cooked them over the stove and stored them in a container since i’m always in a rush.


Overall, breakfast came to 275 calories, 9 grams of protein, and 6 grams of fiber.
