This morning I decided to play with flavors and came up with a bowl of Banana AND Mango oatmeal!

Fluffy Bananas, Mango, Flax Seeds, a dash of cinnamon and splenda, and Almond Milk!

With coffee, breakfast was 293 calories, 8 grams of protein, and 8 grams of fiber!
I’m almost out of Spring Blend coffee… I need to buy a bag ASAP! I’m also exhuasted. I wonder why

Hey,
I saw in one of your posts from a wile back that you use stevia. Have you ever baked with it?

Coco- Sorry I don’t understand what you’re asking. Are you talking about the mango chunks or the oatmeal? Because I cook the oats on a stove so they get nice and thick!
Andrea- I do half milk and half water. I rotate between almond milk, silk, and other soy milks
A- I only use stevia for oatmeal on a few occasions and coffee. I have never baked with it since it seems a little bitter tasting to me. Do you back with stevia or recommend baking with stevia? I would be really interested in that!

haha, that’s ok!!
I usually peel the mango with a potato peeler (we have a SUPER good one) and then cut it into chunks. BUT I found a bag of Frozen Mango chunks at Trader Joe’s and had to buy it! The bag has saved tons of time and tastes just as good as fresh mango.
