Banana Cupcakes with Peanut Buttercream Frosting!
Fresh out of the oven!
Both recipes are from VCTOTW. I used the base of the Banana Split Cupcakes!
I had half of a cupcake already just to make sure they were ‘good’!
I’m off to Kath’s for a cookout!

Since I had the other half, I have to say they were both moist and tasty. I tried a bite with and without the frosting and either way they are a hit! I am not a vegan like Ally, but I do like to try some of her dishes. I had to compliment her on this recipe though. They would be good around “Mother’s Day” hint
Maybe with a vegan chocolate frosting?
