I usually roast my vegetables at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or so.  I don&#039;t watch the time, I base things on how they look.  I do however take them out about halfway through and spray them with Olive Oil Pam so they don&#039;t dry out.  Before serving, I salt and season them.  I&#039;ve never been formally taught how to roast vegetables so this is the method that has come naturally through some trial and error.

I know this is an old post, so not sure if you’ll see it, but what temp do you roast your veggies at? Maybe I’m just being too impatient and not giving them enough time to get all roasty and delicious.. but this seems like it should be so easy!</description>
