Afternoon Snack paired with a Relaxing Run

I was really craving kiwi and banana today so I decided to have a bit of both.  Snack is one kiwi, a small banana, and 10 almonds.

 188 calories, 4 grams of protein, and 6 grams of fiber.

It’s not sunny today but I decided to lace up my shoes and run anways.  I ran 3.0 miles in 26:19 – not bad!  I think I need to hop in my car and map out a longer route, this one is getting too easy!
